About the team

First Aid Academy  was created by three energetic and sympathetic young doctors - Vitan Vitanov, Alexandra Shishkova and Vladimir Stoichkov. Each of them has their own field and interests, but what unites them is the love for the mountains and extreme sports. Organizing and conducting first aid courses, they aim to present in an easy, accessible and fun way all those skills and knowledge that you need to properly and courageously provide first aid to anyone in need. Sometimes a person's life may depend on them.

Vitan is an avid mountaineer and skier. His work is in the field of abdominal surgery, but during his student years photography became his fascinating hobby. Thanks to it he managed to touch many unknown and beautiful places in the Bulgarian nature.

Alexandra is the tender mate in the team. She is a trainee physician, and her interest is focused on skiing, strong mountain experiences and running. She loves cinema, travelling, meeting and meeting new and different people.

Vladimir is an orthopaedic surgeon and traumatologist. The mountains have become his great passion, and this season he was able to experience the incredible beauty of the Alps and some of its iconic peaks. He has no intentions of stopping just there, looking forward to every next mountain adventure.
