Each new winter season is also a new opportunity for both achievement and failure. The path is uncertain, the destination unknown, but the goal is always the same - to seek and find the right place at the right time. Some call it luck, while for others ‘destiny’ is determined by preparation and perseverance. Sometimes there are hardships and physical traumas to overcome, but patience brings us to those few fulfilling moments where you follow your instincts and surrender to the adventure. After a moment, there is no turning back and the decision is made to go ALL-IN.
ALL-IN is one of Scott Sports' newest winter productions with athletes Sam Cohen, Corey Felton and Dane Tudor. At the Days 2015 the two parts of Scott's new film will be premiered in Bulgaria.
ALL-IN Part 1
In the first part of the film the focus is on the athletes Sam Cohen and Corey Felton. The film confirms the statement that the best plans are never the ones actually planned. Warmer-than-normal temperatures during the 2014-2015 season forced the team to look away from the usual Canadian resorts in search of higher altitude in the outlying areas of the state of Idaho. Delighted by the good conditions, Sam and Corey methodically split the slopes before embarking on an adventure in search of the craziest lines in the big mountains. “It's all part of the process,” Sam Cohen admits, “...you have to put in the effort to climb the ladder because every turn is a workout for Alaska.”
ALL-IN Part 2
The second part of the film will delight us with the remarkable performances of Dane Tudor and Sam Cohen, inspiring each other to show their best on the rugged terrain of Alaska. Steep, snow-capped peaks merge with the blue ocean as these companions work together to create a lasting bond with this land of exquisite beauty and awe. Being sure of yourself while standing alone atop a huge mountain range in one of the most remote regions on earth requires a high level of self-confidence and a healthy psyche. “There comes a point where nothing else matters but what you truly believe,” says Tudor, “and for me that point is now.”
