The Bulgarian Black Sea coast is home to some of the most stunning natural beauty and historical sites in the entire world. This summer it also hosted an unforgettable adventure called the Lion Heart Ultra Cross Triathlon. A race that tests the will and endurance of every participant with a 3 km swim in the open sea, 119 km mountain biking through the most ancient forests of Strandzha Mountain and 18 km mountain running in the Ropotamo Reserve. A 140 km fight to prove to ourselves that we carry a lion's heart.
Inspired by the immense beauty and mystique of Strandzha Mountain, the Lion Heart Association will tell us more about how to grow a “lion heart” and why we should fight for our dreams even when the only word to describe them is “Absurd!”. Expect them with a battle cry at Challenge Days 2016!
