The story of Kolkina Hole, the deepest cave in Bulgaria
For years dozens of cavers from different clubs have been penetrating and exploring the caves of Ponor Mountain. In 2022, after another expedition and exploration of new sections, Kolkina Hole became the deepest cave in Bulgaria.
What does it take for a caver to go underground for a few days or a week and how does one survive without heat and sun?
